Spring time at Cottage Mary Rose…..

The perfect time to visit. The garden is full of spring flowers as well as  camellias, fuschia, and rhododendron.

Enjoy the beautiful back deck over looking the ravine and rushing stream below…….and from the therapeutic and relaxing hot tub! County Kerry is more peaceful at this time of year and much easier to navigate the scenic drives with much less traffic.

Come and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing get away with us this spring…………

Visit amazing County Kerry in the off season

Ireland is green and beautiful all of the year. I myself enjoy the value of the off season. January through March is a great time to visit.

Air fare is low and staying at Cottage Mary Rose is also a great value. We have been in Kerry many times in off season and enjoyed less tourists and it is jut as beautiful. We have also experienced some very good weather even in January.

There are always some sort of blooming flowers. Our camellias flower during this time. Explore amazing Kerry with out the high cost and enjoy it’s beauty and peacefulness!

Escape to beautiful County Kerry in this 18th century thatched stone cottage. Nestled in a pastoral valley in Southwestern Ireland, Cottage Mary Rose is available for short and long term rentals.

The cottage is surrounded by its original dry stone fencing and fuscia hedge. The cottage gardens are complimented by a terrace that over looks the rushing stream below. From here you can enjoy the natural setting from the new hot tub.

On the inside, you are embraced by its charm and with all of the modern amenities it is the perfect place to call home while exploring the treasures of the southwest.

Cottage Mary Rose features all the amenities you need to have a relaxing vacation amongst the history and beauty of the Irish countryside.
